Heirloom Gardens is a group of small residential care facilities for elderly. We are located in the Peninsula, just a few minutes south of the beautiful city of San Francisco, California. Founded in 2002 by a Registered Nurse Geriatric Case Manager, her vision was to change the way care is delivered in small residential care homes, also know as "board and care homes".
We are "gardeners of people" who cherish our senior residents. At Heirloom Gardens, we believe that seniors are very special people. Their many years of experience and accomplishments have made each one a uniquely beautiful individual, an heirloom. Their quality of life is what we treasure.
We staffed each Heirloom Gardens facility with Department of Social Services Certified
Administrators and highly-trained caregivers who are sensitive to the needs of our seniors, specially those with Alzheimer's Disease and other dementing conditions affecting the older adults. Additionally, we have three (3) seasoned Registered Nurses who provide professional oversight, resident advocacy and family counseling. Their combined expertise has been a tremendous benefit to our residents and their families.
Heirloom Gardens offer our residents a real chance to "age in place" as our services include Independent Living to End-of-Life Care. We partner with the medical professionals in creating a comfortable, loving and supportive environment at the end of life's journey.
Your senior loved one deserves only the best. Give them the gift of Heirloom Gardens.
